Booking Cancellation

• o You can cancel a scheduled service request by calling our helpline before our technician is dispatched to your location, free of any cancellation charge.
  o If a technician has already been assigned or has reached your location, a reasonable visiting/inspection charge may be applicable, as informed to you at the time of booking.
  o We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service request due to technician unavailability, incorrect address/contact details, or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases we will inform you and offer an alternate slot.

Refund Policy

• o Refunds are considered only in the case of duplicate payment, an incorrect amount charged, or if a paid visit could not be fulfilled by us for reasons attributable to our service.
  o Once a service/repair has been successfully completed and the payment has been collected against work performed or parts fitted, that amount is non-refundable.
  o Any refund that is approved will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  o To request a refund, please contact our customer care with your booking details within 48 hours of the service visit.
  o Spare parts/components purchased and fitted during a repair are covered only under the specific part warranty (if any) offered at the time of service, and are not eligible for a cash refund once installed and functioning.
